The Bailey lab focuses on better understanding metastatic and relapsed Ewing sarcoma. Specifically, the team is studying the intersection of DNA damage and the anti-tumor immune response. The laboratory is interested in understanding the behavior of tumor-immune interactions in Ewing tumors that harbor additional germline defects in DNA damage repair genes.
